Just okay

I worked at Diamond Resorts full-time for more than a year


Pros: Benefits, travel to resorts, interact with many people from various… Cons: Long hours, office politics/Brown nosing, if you are not up your managers butt every day your contributions are over looked, high turnover in certain… Advice to Senior Management: Work life balance should be encouraged, not penalized No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Pros: Good benefits.. easy to get time off. Cons: You're only promoted if you are buddies with management. Seriously. Advice to Senior Management: Promote good, hardworking people. Not those with little to no experience… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
