I worked at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Many of the co-workers were great to work with.

    Cons

First of all, the management there is very bad. Most of them don't have a clue how to manage software and they move up the ladder based on connections instead of competence. They have some big holes in their software process which tends to burn developers out or frustrate them beyond repair. The UK office basically runs the show so the US site feels they don't have much autonomy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit bringing in crappy management to the site. There has to be a better pool locally that can fill those roles much better, unless they are staying away. They need to attract better projects to the site instead of turning themselves into a major league dumping ground for the entire global company.
