I have been working at Dallas Independent School District full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The same as all teaching jobs: summer and winter holidays, benefits and the opportunity to work with other teachers.

    Cons

This district is poorly managed, current superintendent has created a lot of havoc thus far. Teacher morale is low, teachers haven't received a raise in 4 years and discipline management from the campus administrators is poor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire Mike Miles and put someone in charge who could finally make DISD proud!
