I worked at DST Global Solutions
Pros – Plenty of oppurtunities to learn and take on new roles
Knowledge share between peers is excellent
Senior management empower staff
Generally good staff, though this is changing with the high number of recent departures
Good location
Cons – Remuneration is poor. The trend seems to be DST holds staff until they have enough experience to go to places that pay according to skills/experience. So, DST is great in that you will get oppurtunities earlier than other companies, just don't expect to be paid when you have built up your skills/experince.
Other real negative is the bitterness that has consumed some of the staff. Mostly those that have been at the company too long, are jaded by the money or some other issue, but can't/won't actually make the jump to a better job.
Advice to Senior Management – Oz staff know what is wrong but can't do anything about it. They, like the rest, are in it for the ride, not to try and fix it. Looking forward to again working with the better staff once they leave...
