I worked at Condé Nast as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Responsibility given right away to summer interns
Worked in other departments (editorial, advertising, marketing)
A few events to attend, beauty sales, and other perks

    Cons

Worked in a department that wasn't used to having an intern. If I didn't ask for projects there sometimes wasn't one.
Some tedious tasks like filling out Excell sheets

I worked at Condé Nast full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Dynamic, growing company, trying lots of new things.

    Cons

Some difficult personalities. Must be in current position for at least a year before moving around within the company.
