I have been working at Compunnel as a contractor for more than 3 years

Pros

They try not to commit any benefits but if they commit then will do on time.

Cons

Every company will have Pros and Cons. I didn't see much downsides with this company. They are good enough what ever I need.

    too centralised, need to be diversed and more global.
    customer limited, need to expand outreach to unusual terrains and new countries

    need to interact more with staff, seek innovative ideas, reward good work.

    I worked at Compunnel part-time

    Pros

    Good work/life balance, good time off policies.

    Cons

    Compensation plan/benefits not very good/competitive, sr. management switches direction frequently leading to chaos and confusion. They don't wait for their big ideas to pan out, if they don't see instant gratification they switch direction again. expectations are not clearly communicated. sr. management believes that negativity motivates good performance, they are spread too thin to really understand what is happening in the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    take more time to understand what your employees are doing. give your ideas time to work instead of expecting immediate results.
