“Good place to work”
Current Employee – been working at City of Asheville full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – It is great if you like being of service to your community.
Cons – Lack of raises the last three years has kind of been a bummer.
Advice to Senior Management – Take care of the people who really produce results and weed out those who only give lip service and excuses.
