Very 2 faced

Call Center Representative II (Former Employee)
Pittsburgh, PA (US)

I worked at Citizens Financial Group full-time for more than a year

Pros-Flexible
-Great Benefits
-Decent pay for low experience

Cons-No interaction with upper management
-No communication what-so-ever, even within the same department
-Can attain great accomplishments such as highest sales within a specific branch/department of the company and be reprimanded for not meeting another requirement that directly contradicts your accomplishments, ex: Phone calls too long because of sales.
-Poor recognition practices
-Continually taking away privileges from employees, no matter what length or quality of employment

Advice to Senior ManagementExamine cons and find resolutions within the company from employees rather than from executives that have no idea how a particular branch/department is operating.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
