“best time while working”
Former Employee – worked at Citi
Pros – I loved working for citigroup even though the advancement was not there. However it is a good company that cares about its employees and flexible. Management are involved as well
Cons – too big that you become a number also the company tend to layoff people than any other bank that I have been with
Advice to Senior Management – Be honest and keep the line of communications open. most of the creative ideas are with those employees who do the daily work so listen to them
