Current Employee – been working at Citi full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Global presence, breadth of businesses and products offer many opportunities for career mobility. Culture is collaborative.
Cons – Size can be difficult to maneuver. Change is slow to implement.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to prune out the people who do not contribute.
