I worked at Citi as an intern for less than a year


Networking can get you anywhere - but watch your back, it's easier to make enemies than to make friends in this environment.


1. HR have way too much power.
2. The egos...oh dear lord...the egos. Stroke them too much and you won't be liked. Stroke them too little and you're a nobody.
3. Why is it that everyone who works here has a long face?

    Very immature in project management methodology.
    Very silo organization.

    Create a more cross functional organization with improvement in process. Along with improvement in the companies project management methodology.
