Fair work-line balance. Great brand.

Too many managers. Excessive micro-management.

    Pros

    I had a nice interviewer who was easy to talk to. The overall atmosphere was relaxed, In general, I felt valued as a person, and I did not feel like I was being judged. Overall, great interview experience.

    None that I can think of.

    Pros

    Great brand name and experience you can later leverage.

    Cons

    Easy to get lost and the best performers aren't always noticed. It's not what you know but who you know kid!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It's simple, people managers should be people that 1) have an interest in managing and leading and 2) are good at it, i.e. they have the requisite people and soft skills to do the job effectively.
