Former Employee – worked at Ceridian full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Good but not great benefits. Work life balance was the best benefit offered.

Cons – Ceridian dropped 401k match and education reimbursement. No salary increase in past years. Quota driven results were the only recognized effort. Sales direction changes in mid-stream were common. Never a clear vision.

Advice to Senior Management – Business model to incorporate Dayforce into existing benefit client portfolio was a disaster. Diminished administrative support for day to day business.
