Current Employee – been working at Cboe
Pros – Part of the financial markets and the intimate work environment as well as work, life balance.
Cons – pay, low bonuses, and not a lot of room for growth. most that work there don't really leave which limits advancement and promotion potential.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay bigger bonuses and increase pay on par with other firms in the industry
