“Bad news.”
Former Employee – worked at Caribou Coffee part-time for less than a year
Pros – i liked my coworkers, and the job was fun.
Cons – Management was awful, lots of drama tolerated, favoritism, should have been promoted but wasn't
Advice to Senior Management – Get better people
