“Great culture, tremendous opportunities for growth and earnings”
Current Employee – been working at CareerBuilder full-time for more than a year
Pros – Supportive leadership, forward-thinking technology and solutions, good money from the very first year
Cons – Selling into HR has it's challenges
Advice to Senior Management – Advertise more. CB is so much more than a job board.
