Former Employee – worked at Capital Insurance Group full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – CIG is a great place to work. This is a small/medium size company with a very friendly environment and plenty of opportunities. If you have the skills and desire to learn and grow, CIG will give you the opportunity to present your skills and prove that there is no obstacle to big that you cannot overcome.

Cons – CIG's compensation does not rank very high. If you like to learn and refine your skill in a small but friendly atmosphere; then CIG is your place to work. If you are looking to get "paid", then you might decide that CIG is not the best place for you.

Advice to Senior Management – Management style is good here. Only advice is "you get what you paid for". If you want talented workers to stay and work for you, then sometimes you have to recognize that and try harder to keep them.
