“Boring, mundane work”
Current Employee – been working at Capital IQ full-time for more than a year
Pros – Rarely need to work overtime/weekends
More freedom in terms of work hours than other jobs
Cons – Below market value pay (given the hrs, it's fair though)
Most development work is borderline data entry/content management.
Advice to Senior Management – None.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
