Pros

Still has many quality people to work with, growing, good international presence, focus on Financial Services provides advantages. High quality clients.

Cons

Significant dilution of talent and focus after acquisition of many former Bearing Point personnel and sale/partnership with FIS. Significant politics due to Capco v Bearing Point management and executives.

    Pros

Capco provides a techno-functional role to an individual. The packages in which Capco majorrly works, murex and openlink, have very few consultants across the globe. So that gives a key strength to our career.

    Cons

None, i think, as of now

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep getting good projects with great clients, and give us chances to interact with them the way you do now.

    Pros

People care, focused more on people than metrics, meritocracy. You can grow as fast as you can demonstrate your capability and value. Diversity is a fact of life rather than an initiative.

    Cons

not enough client diversification, reliance on a couple of big clients

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More investment in learning -- and make sure people get to attend. You're only as good as your people.
