Former Employee – worked at Cameron International full-time for more than a year

Pros – great benefits, family atmosphere, profit sharing,

Cons – get EVERYTHING in writing as far as contract agreements and benefits, it took too long to get promised benefits, company car, etc.

Advice to Senior Management – review compensation packages and also schedules for field personnel they have lives too, no set standards

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
