ConsToo many layoffs in attempt to cut expenses; employee moral at all time low.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease remember loyal employees; Volatility of last 5 years deserves recognition for employees that kept company afloat.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Hierarchies and fiefdoms; bureaucratic, stifling with no opportunity for innovation

    Pros: Pay... maybe. CIO is new, and there's hope. Cons: Stifling, bureaucratic, extreme administrative overhead. People cannot seem to execute on new. Stuck in hierarchy and fiefdoms.
