    Pros

Some smart people -- and some dedicated individuals.

    Cons

Mostly lazy individuals looking to make their mark -- to pass on their work onto their co-workers who are dedicated. Very type D (if you follow the DISC profile) -- too many chiefs and not enough indians. You will be expected to work 100 hours a week or more. You will be expected to do things that no one else has to.

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting those who kiss your behind.
