Pros – Interesting technology
Possibility to travel the world
World leader in flight simulation and training
Very talented people and good work environment
Cons – Constant rounds of layoffs disrupt work flow and reducing core competency.
Need more focus on long term strategy, such as investment in resources.
Major re-organizations occurring too frequently and affecting the company’s ability to delivery quality products on time.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on long term strategy instead of short term.
