I worked at CACI International full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Training/Tuition Reimbursement program encouraged furthering one's education. Company has OnLine University that offers useful and various training/improvement courses. Also has internal Training facility that offers various courses. Insurance and Vacations are on the competitive side of the industry.

    Cons

CACI SmartPlan (Retirement/401K) could use more communications with the participants.
Can't think of anything else that was negative

I have been working at CACI International full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Still entrepreneurial after 50 years. Well positioned in the federal and defense markets for continued growth despite current federal spending cuts. Attracting best in class talent at all levels. Strong support for training, leadership development, and structured yet flexible process infrastructure. Competitive salaries, good benefits.

    Cons

Workload can be very intense (almost like a startup) so few if any 40 hour weeks. Few corporate standard automated systems beyond core communications and accounting so project Managers significant workloads for tools, team processes and ops setup. Teams outside the DC area need more engagement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase all-hands communication, and more org-level support to Projects to emphasize process and tool innovation.
