    Pros

Boeing offers excellent benefits like dental, medical, and tuition for schooling. There are a lot of smart people here working to put out a quality product.

    Cons

Lots of overtime even when there is hardly any work. Sometimes management cares more about the numbers than their employees.

    Advice to Management

Listen and understand your employees more. Provide them with the right tools and resources to help them complete their jobs. Give them recognition when they deserve it.

  2. In your 20s or 30s? Don't work here.

    Pros

    - Company produces a great produce for a great customer

    Cons

    - The company is failing to retain top level college talent and it's showing
    - Heavy internal political environment
    - It's "what do I have to do to protect my job", not "how can we make this co. better" attitude.

    Advice to Management

If you are looking to walk the talk, there is a large need to evaluate your all Communications managers to see if they truly have leadership skills or if there are others that can manage better.

I left because I couldn't stand how thick the politics and inside alliances were
