“good place to work but zero room for advancement”

Pros – The money is really good and the people i work with are pretty down to earth and fun to hang out with.
Cons – lots of side work and a few managers are all over your back during any given shift. tipping out is on the high side. there are no benefits at all.
Advice to Senior Management – give the employees some benefits other than half off food and drinks. employees need health insurance at least and maybe dental.
