Current Employee – been working at Bimbo Bakeries full-time for more than a year
Pros – Competative pay, great exposer to multiple parts of the business
Cons – HR, Payroll, and Tech Support can be difficult to deal with at times.
Advice to Senior Management – Make reveiws and pay based off of perfomance more then tenure.
