    I have been working at Best Buy part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    I have been with Best Buy for about four years and it has been a good experience. The associates are extremely friendly and supervisors are awesome.

    Cons

    Management sometimes is not efficient. Communication is also weak at times.

    A good place to work in the past, but lots of change going on at the moment

    Good work / life balance; relatively easy to develop your own career in the direction you want; non-hierarchical meritocracy

    Cons

    Frequent reorganization; silo mentality between business groups; large culture shift going on at the moment; tendency to think too highly of store employees
