    Pros

    Bonuses have been consistent throughout the years. Work environment is evolving rapidly, with changes providing a better work/life balance.

    Cons

    Hiring of contractors for internal positions has been rampant as of late.

    No official career planning process. The HR department is non existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Look into better fostering internal talent. Stop the hiring practice of bringing in contractors as opposed to internally.
