I worked at Bed Bath & Beyond part-time for less than a year

Pros – Your schedule can be flexible, but only if you stay on top of it. The only other pro is the employee incentive, and only if the incentive program isn't run poorly.

Cons – This company will do anything to keep their customers happy, but completely overlook the needs and morale of the staff.

Advice to Senior Management – Take some time to listen to your employees. Treat everyone like adults and you will get the same in return.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
