Current Employee – been working at Bed Bath & Beyond full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Constant training and always learning, get to make customers happy

Cons – Very stingy with raises, take advantage of employees. Very hard to move up in the company.

Advice to Senior Management – You should reward employees who go "above and beyond" for your business and customers
