ProsPaid for job performance. Great benefits. Excellent training. 401k, flexible vacation, 10 days paid sick leave, partial reimbursement for child care, 12 weeks pd maternity leave, Compensation includes incentive plan. Company has great technology.

ConsCurrently closing offices in smaller communities. Goals can be challenging. Job can be stressful. Heavy work load. Micro managed.
