“Closed mouths don't get fed”
Current Employee – been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year
Pros – Just remember to not ever shoot yourself in the foot.
Cons – Too many chiefs and not enough Indians (native americans)
Advice to Senior Management – Predictive Pay model is not the best model for comp.
