Not Terrible but not Great Either

Vice President (Former Employee)
Wilmington, DE (US)

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 10 years

ProsThere are lots of benefits available to you as an employee of the company. These range from the typical healthcare benefits to banking products and other discounts.

ConsGenerally, an employee is just a number. Do not expect any significant degree of loyalty on behalf of the organization.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your people more like people and less like a number and you will get a lot more out of them.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
