I have been working at Bank of America part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The company offers many opportunities to advance in the company rather than hiring externally. They also offer tuition reimbursement for employees majoring in a related field of study.

    Cons

All the training is done completely "in-house " and can be a bit overwhelming for the inexperienced.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The company has great benefits and invests back into their employees.

    Cons

It is a huge company, therefore sometimes it does feel like you are lost in the shuffle. Best to work with your manager to discuss career plan and opportunities which allow you to get more involved in company functions & networking groups.
