    They have good pay and good perks for working there and they treat you good also

    If you have not been there long and work slows down you will get laid off

    Great learning opportunities for someone who wants to get oil and gas experience.
    401k benefits above average

    Cons

    Too much politics at the company. If you are friends with a Sr. Leader you will grow fast as evidenced by some managers who went up the ladder in a few years while others more qualified were passed.

    Pay is not up to par as compared to other companies in the industry. That is why the company is known as "Baker Hughes University" since people join to get trained and experienced, then leave in one year or two and make real money somewhere else. Turnover is 50% for employees with less than 2 years of tenure.

    The HR legal team is a joke as they think they know it all and have a terrible and arrogant attitude.

    Stop the politics and increase pay that matches the industry.

    Work on improving turnover.
