ProsVery stable company not likely to be aquired. Better than average benefits. Good salaries and bonuses. In general, very good employees

ConsSenior managment micro manages the organization. Fun is discouraged. Centralized SAP environment is very difficult to deal with and often makes our jobs much more difficult than necessary.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore fun. More autonomy. Set the direction and then let people achieve it.
