I worked at BB&T full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – The people you work with day to day and the clients.
Cons – Unless hired into management promotion opportunities are bleak. It seems positions are mostley filled from outside applicants.
Advice to Senior Management – Look for talent from within more. There are many gems hidden within the branches.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
