I worked at Autonomy

Pros

The cafe is pretty good. free coffee & snacks. Would provide good material for a horrible office sit-com or blog. Free lunch on Friday. You'll learn how a company should not be run.

Cons

It's all been said. I would have been happier cleaning up after dogs than working for these Stepford Execs. If you have one shred of respect for yourself and self worth avoid this place.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

no need to, they are PHDs and know it all. maybe it is the English way.

    I worked at Autonomy

    Pros

    Competitive Salary
Entrepreneurial Spirit (I'm trying to come up with something)

    Cons

    Leadership lack Morals
Executive leadership use bully tactics internally (employees) and externally (customers)
Lack of institutional Trust across all levels
    Lack of institutional control
    No value of people asset
    Arrogance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The sales teams are pitted against each other. The executive team has no logical explanation for this and as you can imagine this structure leads to internal bickering and nepotism when it comes to management. Customers suffer from lack of account management and internal controls. Good luck HP as you probably already know you bought a sack load of manure.
