I have been working at Auto Club of Southern California full-time

    Pros

The people you meet. Coworkers are really nice people. Decent training program.

    Cons

No life balance. Aggressive goals and marketing displaying corporate greed.
Low wages. Micromanagement on an incomprehensible level. Big brother atmosphere. Depressing, strange, insecure, and stressful environment. Critical instead of mentoring management style. High turnover has developed a large amount of cold jaded management/supervision team who translate a complete lack of value and trust of its staff. Employees are reminded constantly and in many ways that you are expendable. Antiquated business practices.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your bottom line is going to be continuously affected by antiquated practices, jaded management, high turnover and a lack of value of your employees. You are a sweatshop and a horse and buggy business in a modern world.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
