    Pros

Good benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, pension. For the most part, good, hardworking co workers that I've made great friends of.

    Cons

If you cannot sell, you will NOT succeed in this company. Everything is a huge dollar sign, and every employee is just a number. Your entire job simply relies on whether or not you can force your member to buy another product. Customers do not like being bombarded right when they walk through the door. All management cares about is how big their bonus will be at the end of the year. Management picks favorites, and if your not it, tough luck. And working 3 Saturdays a month, 6 days a week and no vacations at the end of the month gives employees little to no time to themselves or with family.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees.

Management doesn't care about anything but numbers but this is sales job.

    Advice to Management

Quit worrying about numbers and your pockets. Get your act together and care for the consumers interest.
