    Pros

Pay was decent when i started awhile back, pay rate has decreased since. but there are benefits and bonuses that you may qualify for so as long as you do what you are told and do it exactly. you will work for that almighty dollar.

    Cons

pay is not what it should be for the amount of work that is given. dont expect them to care or pat you on your back. just do your job and be glad in this economy that you hve one, thats all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

care for us all. more available time off. accept medical notes. increase pay. better communication.

    Pros

Stability of company and benefits make employer attractive and competitive in the market. Location is also good and decent pay

    Cons

Culture needs adjustment many unreasonable policies, creativity often dismissed because company has been doing it the same way for ever.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less corporate more humanity. Embrace change and consider revising unreasonable policies in place that stifle innovation and costs the company more money.
