“Very good company to work for although could do with better communication”
Current Employee – been working at AstraZeneca
Pros – Good package, flexible working, good level of recognition. There is concerted effort to be ethical and improve working standards. Opportunities for career progression are fairly good.
Cons – Lack of coordination and little communication between different parts of organization.
Advice to Senior Management – Improve communication from top to downwords and within different departments. It will certainly improve productivity as people in different brands are doing similar things isolated to each other.
