I have been working at Aon full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Competitive compensation and high quality benefit package. Able to move between groups should one wish to broaden one's horizons. Firm has a very good overall reputation for being very client focused.

Cons

Politics play a big role in how quickly and where one can advance. One needs to be aware of this and be ready to play the game.
