ProsThe people I work with a cross the US and world are great.

ConsContinually work is pushed down when there are broken programs etc. How much time do they think we can create since we already have a day job.

Advice to Senior ManagementQuick pushing work down and then say thank you. You really do t understand the impact to morale.

    Great company beginning to pull together and ready to out perform competitors

    Pros: Great sense of momentum building with the move of Corporate HQ to London and the prospect of a new building. Good senior management… Cons: Some areas still exhibit the old opt out culture but… Advice to Senior Management: Keep going on the same track!
