“Great benefits, great culture, great outlook”
I have been working at Amgen full-time for more than a year
Pros – On-site gym with towel service free to staff
Outstanding health benefits
Beautiful campus where taking your work outside is actually common
Doing good stuff that helps improve people's lives
Cons – Hierarchical lines of communication are a little stiff
Advice to Senior Management – You go out of your way to hire the absolute best, why not show people on all levels a little more trust with decision making?
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
