I have been working at American Airlines part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

They have great benifits. They treat their employees very well compared to other regional airlines. They offer health benefits for full and part time employees. The travel benefits are great! Every day at work is different because you never know what's going to happen!

    Cons

You work inside and outside on most days rain or shine. The bags are a lot of work. The summers are very hot and the winters are very cold. Be ready to get out there and be moving for the majority of the day. The customers are also pretty crazy sometimes so you must be able to handle high stress situations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take better care of your stations. Provide better ground equipment to make the work place safer.
