I worked at Amdocs full-time (more than a year)

Pros

If you dont have any job and think that you have to make money any how (which is still below market average)

Cons

lot of politics, non-technical work, and support can be for more than 80+ hours in week.
Boss treats people like slave and supposed to work day in and night out

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please treat people like huma beings, try not to be slave drivers.

    1) more onsite opprtn.
    2) good relocation opprtn.
    3) free rain mgt.

    Cons

    1) salary not as per the amount of work
    2) not good employee perf. review process

    1) improve the perf, review and tracking process
    2) promote more tech. ppl rather than merking persons

    Pros

    Good People,Good Culture and Good Food.Work Life balance in R&D department.

    Cons

    No Onsite opportunities,Growth is limited.Acquiring product knowledge takes time and a person should take at least 1 year time frame to learn.Learning process needs to be improved.

    Need to invest in employee career growth and expectations
