“ok company to work for but if you are for the large scale operations experience”
Current Employee – been working at Amazon.com full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – experience, smart people, guinness in royal oak
Cons – frugality, politics, immutable managers, call center feeling
Advice to Senior Management – be less frugal, listen to people
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
