“Territory Sales Manager”
I worked at Altria full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Pay is fair + Perks+ Benefits. The right manager could make all the difference
Cons – Advancement structure. The job can become somewhat mundane and lack fun or a challenge. corporate politics is HUGE...... must be able to play the game to stay afloat
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
