Allianz Employee Review

I worked at Allianz full-time for less than a year

Pros – - Had responsibility right from the start
- Great training opportunities
- Relatively flat hierarchies for such an "old school" company
- Excellent canteen

Cons – - Official Alumni network is very elitist
- I heard of cases of burnout and sexual harassment (was however tackled by compliance) in my department, but before the time I did my internship
- Glass ceiling for women with kids is rather thick

Advice to Senior Management – More incentives for alumni and working mothers

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
